Hi , I am Cyndy and I truly am passionate about what I do here on Cyndy Gail Virtual Author Services. I am a trained professional with over 10 years experience in administrative assisting, marketing and customer in the Banking Industry. Working community banks I learned many back office skills and was able to personally connect with our customers. I had the opportunity to work on promotional campaigns as well as volunteer on community service projects. I have previously worked in the Biotechnology Industry in Laboratory Management.
I have been an avid reader since elementary school, my love of reading makes me a perfect fit for this industry. I enjoy nothing more than supporting authors and helping to promote their books.
I excel at diving in and taking over the little details and tasks that take away from your writing time. I am technology savvy, detail oriented, efficient and excel at organizing as well as multitasking. I have run a book review blog for over four years as well as organized blog tours and book promotions. I am familiar with the industry and what authors need, from social media, giveaways, finding your blog tour company then being the point person in all blog tours.

I charge an hourly rate which is billed monthly.
By the way is not Gail, Gail is actually my middle name. My last name is Servattalab (which is not very dot com catchy) and everyone in my family is constantly shortening it therefore cyndygail.com was created!
